# (DAO)

The OASIS Metaverse will consist of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governed by all Natives who hold OASIS tokens.

## Council

* The Center of Administration for OASIS is the Council, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governed by all Natives who hold OASIS tokens.
* In the Council, Natives can propose and vote on matters relating to the OASIS metaverse in a democratic fashion.

## Court

* The venue for resolution of all disputes will be the Court, consisting of a board of judges appointed by the Council by way of a democratic vote.
